Hi! I’m Kiara Sol, a multidisciplinary artist exploring this beautiful experience of being human through my voice and my vision.
My work comes from a vibrant life lived with intuition and intention, wildness and stillness. Blending the things we can explain and the things we simply feel.
I’m drawn to contrasts: messy textures alongside clean lines, movement against stillness, bold colour for quiet spaces.
The dance between fear and love, and being open enough to choose love.
I believe in following your curiosity, listening to the quiet nudges we often talk ourselves out of, and allowing ourselves to become someone we haven’t met yet. Our truest self, under all the conditioning. The endings, the beginnings, and the little unexpected moments that change everything.
Based in the mountains near Nelson, British Columbia, I create from a life of adventure, humor, spiritual curiosity, and a willingness to follow the wild ideas you're passionate about.
